When disassembling laser lenses, refer to the following steps to ensure safe operation and protect the integrity of the lenses and optical components:

1.Operating environment:Ensure that the operating environment is dust-free and free of oil stains, preferably in a clean room or similar dust-free environment.

2. Personal protection: 

① Gloves: Wear dust-free and fiber free gloves to prevent oil and dirt from contaminating the lenses. 

② Protective goggles: Wear protective goggles to protect your eyes.

3. Selection of operating tools: anti-static tweezers, suction cups suitable for lens diameter, lens wrench, anti-static air blow, cleaning solution, and lens paper.

4. Disassembly steps:

① Preliminary cleaning: Use air blowing and lens paper to clean the surface of the lens.

② Tool selection: Choose the appropriate disassembly tool for the lens model based on the lens type.

③ Stable lens: Ensure that the lens is fixed and stable, avoiding sliding during disassembly.

④ Slow disassembly: Gently and evenly disassemble the lens, avoiding sudden force.

⑤ Clean again: After disassembly, clean the lens and tools again.

5. Lens storage

① Storage conditions: After disassembling the lens, it should be immediately stored in a clean anti-static box or bag.

② Label identification: Ensure proper labeling during storage for future identification and use.
